Hello everybody, after the recent wedding we were catering at it came out that our trailer needs a few upgrades. Everything works a lot smoother when friers and grill dont fall randomly off the shelves during transport, ripping the gas piping etc, right? We totally agree. Also we realized that some of our gas works need upgrading for general convenience and peace of mind. Those things have a way of always happening at the least convenient time, don’t they?

So what does this mean to you, my friends? Well it means changes to our menu, I’m afraid. So until the trailer returns, we will not have any frying facilities, therefore:

• Burgers
• Fries (Yes, sweet potato fries as well)
• Mozzarella Sticks
• Onion Rings
• Churros!!!
• Coffee
• Other things I can’t think of right now

Will be unavailable. But there is of course silver lining. All this will let you concentrate more on the amazing flavours of our pizza, garlic ciabattas and bread fingers! Yay!
